Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Usually shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

At NAVZO, we take pride in delivering quality, made-to-order products crafted just for you. Since we follow a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, every item is custom printed after you place your order. This allows us to minimize waste and maintain a sustainable production process.

❌ No Refunds Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. As all items are produced specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns for refunds or exchanges for different styles, sizes, or colors once the order is confirmed.

✅ Free Replacements Available

We do offer free replacements in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product, size, or color
• There is a printing issue or manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a free replacement:

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
• Provide clear photos of the item, showing the issue
• Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition

Once verified, we’ll ship out a replacement at no extra cost.
